Each embassy has individual allowances for the acceptance of the moving costs. These must be strictly adhered to. Quotations must often be submitted to the foreign ministry of the homeland for the purpose of comparison of costs and authorization.
We clarify in advance with the person who is moving or the embassy administration which regulations concerning moving costs must be attended to and how the quotations must be structured.
All the paperwork from the quotation through to the shipping documents can be produced in English.
